Last night, November 16th, the Marsing School Board dedicated the HUB Board Room to Deb Holzhey.
The Board doesn't take the naming of a building lightly. They wanted a name to match the spirit of the school which is why we honored a woman that dedicated 27 years to our District and also had more time in board rooms than all the past and present Board Members present for the dedication.
As stated by Tim Little in a 2012 Owyhee Avalance article Deb Holzhey represented "Respect. Integrity. Ethics." This is the reputation of Holzhey"
Past Board Members were invited to attend the HUB Board Room dedication. The past board attendees were: Ron Kiester, Betty Ackerman, Clay Sauer, Michael Lankow, Bill Gibbens, Joe Usabel, Doug Cook, John Chadez, Sue Showalter, John Ineck, and Letty Percifield.
