Recently, Marsing Elementary, Middle, and High Schools completed the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI), a key tool used to assess how well schools are implementing Schoolwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS). This process includes team interviews, as well as feedback from students and staff, to ensure a reliable and meaningful measure of progress.
Marsing School District has participated in this process since launching Project AWARE five years ago. Since 2021, all three schools have shown steady improvement in their implementation of SWPBIS. The graph below highlights the growth in each building and reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff, students, and leadership teams.
We are incredibly proud of the efforts being made to foster safe, supportive, and positive learning environments across our schools. Great things are happening at MSD!
