This clinic will be hosted at the Caldwell Library June 3rd from 3pm to 7pm. Saint Alphonsus Mobile Health Clinics are free medical services designed to serve community members who may have difficulty accessing traditional medical spaces. The services offered are: Primary Care visits, vital signs, diagnostic testing including diabetes testing, ear cleaning, women’s health checks, employer screenings, and on-site Community Health Worker.
As a reminder the Mobile Health Clinics have a provider on-site to meet with patients, and Community Health Workers on-site to meet with patients to assist with any barriers to healthcare services.
